At Victory, we work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Below you'll find everything you need to know about how we process and ship your order.

1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing the next business day.

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

📌 Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, local carrier performance, and customs processing. They are not guaranteed.

3. Shipping Carriers

We ship via a network of trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, and regional logistics partners. The carrier assigned to your order will be displayed in your tracking confirmation email.

For international orders, your package may be handed off to a local postal carrier upon arrival in your country.

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your delivery status at any time through our Track Your Order page.

  • Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.

5. International Orders & Customs

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country's customs authority. These charges are not included in your order total and are determined by your local government — Victory has no control over them.

  • If you are unsure about potential customs fees, we recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order.

  • Victory is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

6. Shipping Protection

  • At checkout, you have the option to add Shipping Protection to your order for a small fee. This covers your shipment against loss, damage in transit, or theft.

  • If you purchased Shipping Protection and experience an issue with delivery, please contact us at support@thevictory.store and we will prioritize resolution for you.

  • If you opted out of Shipping Protection, we will still do our best to assist — however, resolution options may be limited for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

7. Incorrect Shipping Address

  • Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Victory is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrectly entered address.

  • If you notice an error in your address immediately after placing your order, contact us at support@thevictory.store within 12 hours and we will do our best to make the correction before your order ships.

8. Delays & Exceptions

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery windows, factors outside our control — including carrier delays, weather events, customs holds, or high-volume shipping periods — may occasionally extend delivery times.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, please contact us and we will investigate on your behalf.
