1. Our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a full refund.
We stand behind this guarantee regardless of how much of the product you've used. We want you to actually try it — and if it's not right for you, we'll refund you in full.
No need to ship the product back. Simply contact our support team, and we'll process your refund promptly.
2. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund, email us at support@thevitory.shop with the following:
Your full name
Order number
Brief reason for the return (optional — but your feedback helps us improve)
Our team responds within 24–48 business hours, Monday through Saturday.
Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:
Your order number
Clear photos of the issue
We will send a replacement at no cost to you, or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.
4. Lost or Undelivered Packages
If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package:
Wait 2 business days — carrier delays occasionally cause early delivery scans.
Check with neighbors or building management.
If still missing, contact us at support@thevitory.shop with your order number.
We will investigate and, where applicable, send a replacement or issue a refund.
Note: Customers who purchased Shipping Protection at checkout are eligible for priority resolution on lost or stolen packages.
5. Subscription Orders
For customers on a subscription plan:
You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing cycle through your account portal or by contacting support.
Refunds on subscription charges follow the same 30-day guarantee applied to each individual shipment.
Cancellation requests received after a billing cycle has processed will apply to the following cycle.
6. Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not yet entered fulfillment. To request a cancellation, email support@tryvensaro.com immediately with your order number in the subject line.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled — but you may still request a refund under our 30-day guarantee after delivery.
7. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
Orders placed more than 30 days after delivery
Items purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers
Add-on charges such as Compostable Packaging (proceeds are donated to environmental groups)
Shipping Protection fees are non-refundable but cover the cost of resolving lost or stolen packages separately.
